All of this cutting goes on without coolant required, and what's really
hard to believe without seeing is no sparks produced! The saw has
plenty of RPMs to generate cutting power, but the saw controls the
power so well that there really is no heat build up, and the material,
even steel, is cool enough to touch right after cutting. The saw collects
wood or metal chippings automatically, nice feature! The Rage
manufacturer claims that the saw blade system can cut up to 60 yards
of 1/4" steel. We haven't tried to cut that much at once yet, that's for
sure.
Standard equipment that comes with the rage is one side handle, one
fence guard, one safety goggles, one Allen wrench one very durable
molded carrying case for the saw, ear plugs, one multi blade, and a
complete operating manual. It also looks like they have a fairly nice 2
year warranty! This saw is definitely worth checking out, its multi-
purpose use pays for itself in no time at all!
